This dish is a summer delight that is made with bell peppers, especially red sweet ones, onions, garlic and tomatoes.   8. do not use canned soup if using , sprinkle a little soup powder over stew and add a little water until you have it just to your liking, if using soup add extra of the mild paprika to maintain a nice reddish to burned orange colour..

Can't get groceries because of social distancing, so I used white miso + red pepper flakes in place of gochujang, and substituted a small turnip for the daikon.
