Steps to make Spaghetti Bolognese:

  1. Bring water to boil with olive oil and salt, add spaghetti once boiling.
  2. While your water is boiling, Take your chopped tomato and add them to a bowl. Add a pinch of Salt and Pepper and mix with a fork until they become a pureé..
  3. Add olive oil to large pan and turn to medium-high heat. Once up to heat add your chopped Mushrooms and Onions, alongside a ½ Tablespoon of garlic.
  4. Once the vegetables are cooked add the minced beef. Continue to mix until the meat is cooked.
  5. Add your tomato pureé and continue to mix well, once completed mixed together turn down hear to low.
  6. Take a medium sized frying pan and add olive oil and garlic COLD into the pan. Once they are both added turn to medium-high heat.
  7. Once the garlic sizzles add chili and chopped parsley once the garlic wilts add your pasta, add some of the pasta water to the pan as well..
  8. Cook quickly and add your serving of Bolognese mix together and serve.
